This is a great compact vacuum, perfect for little jobs around the kitchen. As expected from a small vacuum, it's better on hard surfaces (countertops, wood floors) than soft (carpet). The battery life is decent, about 30 minutes of runtime per charge on the lower vacuum setting. We compared this to a Shark brand compact vacuum that cost more than twice as much, and the VacLife won hands down--even at the same price it would have been the better choice--so the Shark went back to Costco. The potential downside, to paraphrase Clint Eastwood's Dirty Harry, circle 1971, "Do you feel lucky?" The product does not seem to come with any warranty other than the Amazon 30-day return policy, and the manual is very clear about this, although the company does state they stand behind their products. Truly standing behind a product, however, would be offering a warranty.I honestly love this. I bought it because we were having work done to our house (construction) so there was dust and plaster and everything all over the house and with two little kids it was hard to put them down and not have them picking little stuff up. It works great and I keep it right is the drawer in my island and go to town with it when ever I see something on the floor. The suction is great, especially on the second setting! Such a great little vacuum especially for the price!When I first opened this I started laughing to myself. I was just going to leave it in the box and return it. After a couple of days I gave it a try. Looks can be deceiving. It is exactly what I need. I wanted something that would get up crumbs in the kitchen & cat litter on the floor in the laundry room. This is perfect for not having to drag out the big vacuum. It has attachments to pick up around the baseboards and etc. The charge is really fast.So glad I didn't send it back.This machine sucks, and that is a good thing. I had to buy another handheld vac after I lost (of course I found it after this arrived) my Dustbuster. This is my go-to vac. It works fantastic, gets in places the dustbuster couldn't, and with the dual speed suction, can pick up the most obstinate of debris.Absolute gem.This little thing is mighty but it did not work for pet hair on furniture. It came with a tiny pet hair brush which did nothing. However, it did work great for cleaning vehicles. It’s super loud, louder than my full sized vacuum. Charger and accessory holder was great and convenient.I have had this vacuum for a couple of weeks now and love it. I initially had a problem figuring out how to charge it, but when I emailed the company, they responded promptly and showed me what I needed to do. It was clearly user error on my part. I have used in mostly in my kitchen and also on my furniture (picking up all the cushions and vacuuming all the stuff that seems to find a hiding place there). It is very easy to empty and it comes with an extra filter which is quite nice. I was very impressed with the quick responses I've had to the couple of emails I sent to the company and feel that they really stand behind their product.This little thing is a life saver, especially with toddlers!!! It’s a perfect fit for the couches…and hard to reach areasThis is a very very handy mini vac with easy storage/charge. Suction is exceptional, time on a charge is remarkable, and it is quite a light mini machine. It is also low profile - so easy to store and charge. I would not recommend it for larger areas, as it is best along baseboards, stairs, and for spot cleaning. I did use it to clean my car and it did a respectable job with a little extra elbow grease. When I did the car, the charge lasted at least 10 - 15 minutes and didn't lose suction, plus it was still going when I finished the job! There are a few engineering recommendations I would make to the manufacturer, though. It needs a better dust cup system with a larger dust cup and easier disassembly for emptying. It also could use a better , longer handle with a sturdier grip. We will see how it holds up over time.
