I have fallen asleep with ice tea in it and wake up to ice that has barely melted!! I love it. Works much better than the plastic Bubba Keg BY FAR. One of the best things I bought this year.Keeps liquid cold for average of 12 hours.Was excited to use this for a weekend party, the lid is nice with a removable gasket for easy cleaning and two days later there was still ice in it. So the insulation property work extremely well. Preceded the pop up lid and didn’t see a need for the straw. Nice to have in the house, we were outside and didn’t want to get any bugs in it.The only thing I would change is the metal handle does not grip well, making it very uncomfortable to hold for long periods of time. A rubber grip to go over (removable) would make this all the much better.5 stars for keeping my drink cold and reducing the number of trips to refill.This is a great quality, huge mug. It has a fantastic oversized handle that is easy to grip. The stainless steel bottom is a great feature. It also has a no leak lid with sliding tab and a long lasting straw. This is a great cup!this tumbler is built like a tanks, very heavy and sturdy.i never felt a mug this heavy, real thick,i dont think a hammer could damage this mug.last you a life time.thankMug is as described. Comes with a reusable hard plastic straw.So I got this to use to keep a cold beverage available, while working long hours on my computer. In the AM, it might be iced coffee, or iced tea, and after dark, maybe a sparkling mineral water. I do use both 17, and 24 ounce tumblers, but I have to stop what I am doing, for a refill. Well the joke is on me, because the thermal insulation is so good, I am now using it as a spill proof mini ice bucket, for when I am on the road. The size is perfect for plenty of ice, and it fits perfectly in a small canvas bag, along with my beverage of choice. I did test it with hot coffee, which I usually avoid when outdoors, in warmer weather, and it worked equally as well. Great implementation, and a great product. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
